Introducing the Foreverlamp Labor Cost Warranty

Should any fixture or lamp should fail in the first 12 months due to a defect in material or workmanship,
the company will reimburse the original purchaser the cost of labor to remove and replace the product
up to the following amounts:

1. Up to $500 per fixture of 50,000 lumen or greater (HB 4, 5, 6 and 7)
2. Up to $125 per fixture of less than 50,000 lumen (HB 2 and 3)
3. Up to $125 per lamp for JP model
4. Up to $50 per lamp for JK, JE and JE-H models
5. Up to $10 per lamp for PermaLamp models.

This labor warranty is in addition to the Foreverlamp product warranty.
